I was skeptical
I was skeptical, expecting unreasonable or higher rates on utilities. It wasn’t at all, quite competitive rates mixed with ease and convenience. Will use again.

Amazing seamless service
Direct connect were able to assist me with my disconnection and reconnection needs when I moved to my new address. I was amazed as they assisted me better than my actual service provider - took away all the stress and connection completed seamlessly

If you only need the basics go direct
I understand for people who might need a lot more considered for their move that your service might be useful but my situation was a bit more unique and so I found your service very long winded and not overly beneficial and no real bonus or benefits or discounts relevant to me. Plus I found your employee very hard to understand.

I couldn’t understand the person I was speaking to on the phone. They spelt my name incorrectly. Failed to give me the best plan and signed me up on a more expensive one.

I spent 40 minutes sorting the power and internet with you people, only to get a call from your company transfering me to Origin energy requiring me to do the job you were supposed to be doing. I hope you aren't claiming any money from the agent for this.

Dishonor the agreement
Promise to provide electricity connection on next day morning at the point of entering to contract and after sometimes call again and inform that they have to postpone that to Friday. So basically I have to wait two days without power.

Direct connect were able to obtain…
Direct connect were able to obtain details about the meter number that I wasn't able to obtain and connect the services promptly.
The second person we spoke to was clear to understand but the first person was foreign and very difficult to understand and quite pushy.
