Well I bought radio cassette from direct nine 119 pounds they conned me it weren't worth 10 pounds and it don't work how can you let firms like this on line I think half the comments are lies just for you to buy so they should shut you down as well shocking next time I buy on line won't be looking at your lies

I couldn’t find this anywhere

I was looking for a pair of tweeters that not available anywhere (or cheaper than I found here), except for directnine. Will definitely save this website for future use.

Issue resolved.

My goods arrived on time and in good working order, however they were shipped from USA so just be aware that the company do not have a UK office and source there items from the closest place to you, so depending on what you ordered it might well be from within the UK.
However my issue came when I wanted to return the item for a refund, I needed to return it to the US but had to pay for postage which was going to cost me almost as much as the item cost, but I am pleased to say after a bit of going back and forth with the company they have agreed to refund me. So if you do your research and ask the company where your item will be coming from and your happy with that then there is no reason not to use Direct9UK their shipping cost are reasonable and the item arrived when they said it would and also they did respond to all my emails and resolved my issue in the end.

Don’t rule them out!

I ordered a shake light flashlight for my son at an expensive £147 with shipping.
After purchasing I read the reviews and was worried the product would never appear.
However, in time I received a tracking link to DHL and I could follow the progress of my order which arrived just 2 days later than the delivery date.
Only 4/5 starts as I also received a scam DHL email asking for tax customs money which I did not respond to.
Don’t rule this company out, my product arrived in good faith.

Be vary wary

Be vary wary - although ordered goods arrives after 2 weeks - in this time I was inundated with phishing emails asking me to verify email address etc - I ignored all of these and contacted my card provider to flag a potential fraud - the goods have arrived but it looks like systems have been hacked by phishing scammers. Be extremely careful

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Do not order anything from this company. You will not get what you order and you will be charged 5 times the standard price for what you do order., plus when you place the order, you will not receive any refund for the items you don't receive. These people are scammers and need to be shut down and jailed. Not all the positive reviews say basically the same thing worded differently and note all the name's are very similar

Zero Customer Service

Having placed an order for an item of jewellery, I didn't receive any acknowledgement email. Next day I checked my junk folder, 2 emails from Directnine UK. I now realise they are not a UK company and seem to be based in Mumbai !! I have emailed them 3 times now, with no response.
Having investigated further, this company seems to be a supplier of electrical goods, not jewellery. We are now a week on from the order date, and this review seems to be the only possibility that I might get a response from them. I have 4 separate emails from different origins, stating my parcel is on the way, but asking for payments of tax/shipping. These are all spam! I have asked Directnine for details of shipping, and since then I have now asked for a refund, their policy states, if an order has not been processed then a refund should be straight forward. I have little to no confidence of receiving the item, or a refund. My only option at this point will be to notify my bank and open a claim back case against them.

An update, somebody answered the telephone! The latest is, I will receive my order within 7-14 days, dispatch will be within 3 days. Still no communication via email. I'll leave the 1 star for now. I have amended my review to 2 stars, my item has arrived, and I'm happy with the item, as for customer service, not good at all. No communication until I posted the negative review.
