As an old person who is not as sharp as I used to be I thought this was what my wife used and I would get her a nice surprise. It described it just like the Elemis product but sad to say it isn't and I'm now stuck with a product I have no use for and is unwanted. It was my mistake but a costly one.
I think you should make it clearer it is not Elemis.

I cancelled all further Doctors Formula…
I cancelled all further Doctors Formula on 25th April 2024 so was extremely surprised to receive another parcel from you. I rang customer services on Friday 28th June and spoke to a very nice lady in customer services who agreed that future orders had been cancelled and she said she would e.mail a returns label.
I'm still waiting for it.

I really like the Marine Collogen…
I really like the Marine Collogen skincare range, and I have ordered the Radiance collection to try.
I also have been waiting for delivery and have emailed the company, but no reply or acknowledgemnet of my emails.
I am certainly not a troll, and will continue to purchase products, but maybe some customer service training is needed in the company.
You lost a star for non communication.

Terrible customer service
Products are good, but the customer service is shocking! The take forever to send out your order and do NOT answer email queries as to whether or not it has been shipped.
Such a shame as I like their creams, but the service you receive is terrible ie, it doesn't exist
If they don't improve somehow, they will lose me as a customer and my friends too.
