The product took 2 weeks to arrive
The product took 2 weeks to arrive. I contacted customer services twice but didn't get a response within the time promised. I was forced to lodge a dispute with Paypal in the end. I received the product 2 days after the dispute was lodged. However I didn't receive any communication from the seller.
Very disappointing on this occasion.

Complaint 1st November 2023
I paid £19 for two items: Doctors formula anti-ageing restoring Day Moisturiser 50ml and Original Time Reverse Serum 30ml but ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM .
In the box was the serum 30ml but not the moisturiser 50ml therefore the delivery was incomplete. I can't get any satisfaction regarding this complaint as in the replies order numbers get mixed up and no one is interested in solving this problem.
