Think it was the time your salesman took , fab will go back in december /January to buy another bed for my guest room , only because your salesman was excellant and took the time , really explained well and could have not been more helpful , love the bed he advised , sweet dreams x Aberdeen Union Square .

From entering the shop to the delivery everything went brilliantly,

From our first visit to Dreams to delivery was a stress free experience.
Jackie was informed and respectful and managed to work out very quickly what was best for us.
Following a bereavement we needed to get a guest bed as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price.
We got the perfect bed, the delivery guys were professional, efficient, polite and assembled the bed in half the time we would have managed.
They took all the packaging away saving us time and energy.
Thanks to all the staff at Dreams Aberdeen, would not hesitate to recommend this team and will be back whenever we need a new bed.

Received great service in the shop, pointed in the direction of an available deal which saved a chunk of cash.
The packaged cabin bed kit arrived when expected first time and was generally as expected and appears to be of good quality overall and met expectations.
Then you get to the wheels on the pull out desk section. Cheap and nasty and only 2 of them, 1 of which broke during installation.
Fortunately, a trip to the local DIY centre meant I could buy 4 more the same size and of much better quality for a tenner. Which just added to the overall sense of disappointment that they could so easily have improved the quality for about a fivers worth of wheel wholesale.
5 stars if you live next door to B&Q, 4 stars if not.

Over the time I was looking for a new mattress I spent

The cost was a bit more expensive than Benson's for beds however it is super comfy and looks great. The service was fantastic and friendly and the delivery and recycling service prompt and professional. Fantastic.

Excellent customer service in store and everything went to plan with delivery. The delivery guys were friendly, efficient and helpful. The new bed looks fantastic.

I purchased a mattress from Dreams online after trying it out in store.
It cost around £900 and was told in store that it came with a 5 year warranty. I’m suspicious of this as all I can see online is a 30 to 100 days warranty.

After approx 120 days, just outside of the 30 to 100 days guarantee I noticed that the mattress was sagging at either side.
It wasn't uncomfortable at this stage but it looked terrible, as if the mattress was in need of replacement. Not a mattress that was only a few months old.

Anyway after a few further months we returned from a weeks holiday expecting the mattress to be back to its original shape. It wasn’t, still dipping either side.

Most recently my partner has been experiencing back and neck pain and we are both now finding the mattress uncomfortable to sleep on.
I am now waking through the night and feel it’s the mattress is causing this.

I emailed dreams to inform them of the issues we were experiencing but it was ignored. In fact I have sent 3 emails over the last month and all have been ignored.

Via their live chat I managed to schedule with them a visit from there inspector who has said the dips need to be 3.5cm deep and the dips on our bed are only 2.5. This means that the mattress is good!

My previous mattress was of similar price and construction and did not experience the same sagging after 10 years.

I have raised a complaint with dreams as I don’t think their mattress should be causing aches and pains. I’ll update you with the resolution although I feel the process is going to be a long drawn out affair.

In the meantime if you are considering purchasing a mattress from dreams don’t. They’re not cheap and have an inferior warranty compared to others.

There customer services are bad too.

we ordered the mattress and were given a date of delivery and was sent a bag to try to put the old mattress in which we were unable to do as we are disabled and on the day of the delivery two young men arrived covered the old mattress and removed it and replaced it with the new one. mattress is good service was good so thank you dreams.
