Our delivery took place during a period of heavy rain. The two delivery guys brought the mattresses to the door with smiling faces and friendly manner. Their conduct belied the weather conditions. They were a credit to their employers.

Ronnie was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable.

We were given plenty of different options while deciding on which mattress was best for us.

I would highly recommend a visit to this store if you are in the market for a new bed or mattress.

Very pleased with this quality looking product also nice on style. The guys who delivered and subsequently assembled the bed undertook their job in an efficient and courteous manner. I trust my satisfaction with my purchase will be upheld over the months and years to follow.

We are very pleased with our Flaxby mattress. Service in the shop (Union Square, Aberdeen) was very good and delivery was made on the scheduled day. The delivery team were efficient and friendly and make the delivery and removal of an old mattress very quickly. Communication was always prompt and helpful.

We had been let down by another company and needed to order a bed for delivery quickly. Dreams were so helpful and efficient and the service offered was great. New bed arrived the same week and they delivery guys were friendly and accommodating. Overall great service A*.

Website payment portal was down and the customer service personnel was very helpful and helped sort out the payment.
Delivery was effective and on time. Product has been good.

I have never shopped at Dreams before but will definitely shop there again. The salesman at the Aberdeen branch was really knowledgeable and helpful. I've had to call the store a few times since and every member of staff I've talked to has been extremely helpful. Best customer service I've experienced in years.

Shop was very clean and had great covid procedures in place to make us feel safe while shopping.

While in store my young son was given some of their Olympic themed books. He has loved reading them. Very inspirational.

Mattress matching machine was very impressive. Helped making our mattress choice so much quicker and easier.

Terrible from start to finish. My original order was messed up so I had to have a second finance order put through giving me a second credit check. Second order meant delayed delivery and had already got rid of old bed so slept with mattress on floor for 3 weeks. On delivery day, turned up with bed but not headboard and only half the fixings to put the bed together with. Customer service have not called me to tell me anything about the missing headboard, I have had to call them and queue for 20mins. Second order I have made with dreams in 5 years and both times the experience has been awful.

Great service from Michael from the time we went into the store to the time we left. Took the time to go through all the options available to us after telling him what we were looking for. Bed and Mattress being delivered in 10 days which we thought was very good. Hopefully the bed and mattress will be as good as the service. Aberdeen store

Michael in the Aberdeen Branch really helped us settle on the perfect bed and mattress for us. Couldn't have asked for better. The service was exceptional and the store was clean and tidy.

Great service in store when choosing a new bed and mattress, and great delivery service to suit afterwards.
Staff at store were very helpful and the delivery team equally professional and cheerful, even putting on the old headboard that matches existing bedroom suite.
Arrived right on time, quickly had the new bed in place and the old items removed. Good price too!

I am a NHS nurse and finished late on shift the day i visited dreams. I arrived with 10 minutes to spare of the opening hours of the store. The employee stayed half an hour later than the stores opening hours, in order to help me buy my dream bed! Couldn’t be happier with the service!
