Brilliant service & brilliant bed, just what was required

The team at The Snipe in Ashton were not pushy but helpful and knowledgeable. Tea/Coffee and a pillow was offered as we tried out numerous makes and types whilst a special automated computerised machine was offered too, which could make suggestions as to better mattress compatibility.
We eventually chose a mattress and divan base and again the team sat down with us to work out a price including delivery and disposal of our old bed.
Nothing was too much trouble!

AND we only went in to compare beds at different retailers … We fully recommend this branch their products and service!

Purchased mattress and mobility bed package for almost£3,000in 2023.Therapur actively Glacier motion.3600.
Mattress dipped in the middle after a few months,they sent a technician who said the whole range of that mattress had been deemed faulty and agreed to exchange the mattress.I tried a few then settled for one I thought was OK,a firm mattress.Was awful,like sleeping on a rock.
They agreed to change again to the therapy actively Glacier motion3,800 which was supposed to be an upgrade from the original.Its so uncomfortable lumpy and sticking in my back and hips,awful.They sent another of THEIR technicians out who said the mattress was fine,because it hadn't sunk !
Yes they did change the mattress, but the replacement is awful,getting my own technician,meantime £150topper on the bed,still not good.

I purchased a storage bedstead and a new mattress from Dreams. From the moment I entered the store to the moment my bed was built, the service was excellent. I would certainly recommend Dreams to anyone.

The Lady in the store was very helpful when we ordered the bed.

The 3 fellas that delivered the bed and collected the old one were also very efficient, in and out in ten minutes.

It was a very good experience all round! All the staff in the shop were so helpful, especially Coby, who went into great detail for us. Measuring the height of the beds etc. The bed was delivered on time by friendly helpful men who put the bed together for us and took away the rubbish! The bed is great!

From the moment I entered the Dreams store, I was greeted by a member of the team, who asked if I needed any help or assistance, I explained I was just browsing and was told to ask if I needed anything, then was left to browse at my leisure, I didn't take advantage of 'The Sleep Match' because I had an idea of what I wanted, I soon found the Dreams Workshop Simmonds Mattress which was in the sale, the price sounded perfect for what I was looking for and I tested it out in store, it felt comfortable and at a size and weight in which I would easily be able to lift alone if needed.

Decision made, I headed back downstairs to where I spoke to Ashley, she offered me a warm drink as we proceeded with the sale.

The day before delivery I was texted with my 2 hour delivery slot and on delivery day, a further hour slot, followed up with a phone call, the delivery men were prompt and helpful, helping me to get the mattress into my property.

First night on my new mattress was utter bliss, from sleeping on a rock hard orthopaedic mattress that was completely the wrong firmness level for me and caused awful back pain and tightness (that was relieved with movement throughout the day), to now sleeping on The Simmonds mattress was a huge delight.
