My bed is perfect, just what I wanted and so comfy. It was delivered on time by two very nice and helpful gentlemen who did all they could to see that all ran smoothly on the day, which it did. I am very satisfied, thank you.

Representative in the show room took her time to explain things to us and then showed us the beds that were appropriate for us and for what we wanted.Thanks Emma !!

I was very pleased with the service at the Ashton shop, very helpful and informative staff, so I made my mind up and choose a mattress to my liking because of that. I have been looking for a mattress for 1 year that I would like, I'm happy with the mattress so far

The two chaps that delivered the bed was very efficient didn’t take them long to put the bed up.The two man had over shoes.

The whole process was seamless. From trying the beds in shop to delivery. The staff were all amazing and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend the service enough

On-line was very disappointing as no delivery date could be given and an on-line query went un-answered.

Instore experience was much better as staff were helpful and knowledgeable, told that they would cancel the on-line order and place a new one which could be delivered by 01/07.

We bought a Spleepeezee Breatrice Combination Matress from the Dreams Store in Ashton near Manchester. We have loved that mattres a lot and now me and my wife have better nights of rest. I am sure that the matress/and a quiet room have contributed to my wife not waking up as many times as she has in the past. The matress is less than 1 month old and so far we love it.

Great service, and the new mattress seems perfect up to now!

Ordered Tempur mattress and paid over £1700.
Including X2 Tempur pillows, mattress protector and a Saturday delivery slot.
Staff were helpful in the store to select the correct mattress for us. During our time in the store we were told about IT issues and that a delivery date could not be arranged at this time and we would be contacted the following day.
We did not receive a call and I phoned the following day to discuss this with staff. Again they said continued IT issues is preventing arranging deliveries. After 2 further days with no communication we left further voicemails at the store for someone to contact us back. The following day we received a call to say someone would phone the next day to arrange this.
The following day we did receive a call from Dreams to arrange the delivery. Who advised that the earliest date was a further week away on a Friday. I explained that we payed for a Saturday delivery slot due to our work commitments. They said the next Saturday delivery slot is over 3 weeks away. When I said that, there isn't much point in paying extra for Saturday delivery slots is there. The staff member said "no not really, it's a waste of money".
Overall very poor communication after spending a lot of money and what was a successful trip into store originally. It comes across as just wanting the sales through the tills and no thought about the after care.
