Dreams - Aylesbury Reviews 

Originally went in to find what type of mattress I’d find comfortable after looking at offers online.
We ended up speaking to Aaron and using the sleep match machine.
After doing that and him showing us various recommended options He left us to it. We decided to go ahead with one that he had shown us after talking about it and looking at some others.
He was very helpful, explained a lot of things about the different mattresses and finance options available.
I wasn’t expecting to buy one there and then, but after speaking to Aaron in person it just felt easier, instead of going back online and looking at 100s of different ones you can’t physically see and not being sure if you’re making the right purchase.
Overall an unexpectedly helpful experience.

We went the Dreams at Aylesbury to order mattresses, beds and pillows for our new home. Dreams was one of the shops we listed. There was a very good selection and the store was welcoming. We were helped by John at the store to make the right choices. We appreciate his help. He was very professional and helpful. We bought all mattresses and bed from Dreams.

The bed was delivered on time and the lads were very helpful and took it upstairs and into the appropriate bedroom and took away all the packing.

The sales person was knowledgeable and really helped me chose the correct product for me. He also leant me his phone so I could contact the person meeting me - as I had left my phone at home.

Only spent two full nights on this brand new mattres so bit difficult too rate at the moment and at the price I paid should have got some new pillows at a discount price with it

I found that everyone that we interacted with at Dreams were very helpful. Therefore I would recommend you to anyone that needs a new bed or mattress. I also feel that your mattress that analyses how you sleep to then give a wide range of mattress to try should be advised on the television as nobody else has this so please use it to your advantage.

Shop assistant was excellent , thoughtful and just the right amount of attention and letting me browse. Lovely wool mattress.
Delivery was very quick, and the delivery men were very respectful and helpful.

Had no faults with anything really good service

Store staff were knowledgeable and helpful and we found a mattress and bedframe which was just fine for what we needed. Delivery was about 10 days, which was just right for us and the guys kept us informed of time on delivery day. The delivery guys were a credit to the Company, being clean, neat and tidy and cleared the area after assembly. Politeness all round. Would give double stars if possible.

Our salesman at the Aylesbury showroom, Aaron, was extremely helpful. He took us through the Sleepmatch process and then showed us all the suggested mattresses. We were allowed plenty of time to try each one until we had decided which one we liked best. We were able to select a delivery date and time that suited us.
The delivery drivers arrived on time and had the new mattress in place and the old one in their van quite quickly. They were friendly and efficient.

DREAMS BEDS - DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.

Bed delivered and built by them, parts missing, delivery crew supposedly going to report issue and we would hear from H/O in 48/72hrs - heard nothing, Gerri reported on line - heard nothing, went into store (Aylesbury) - no interest what so ever, sent e.mail - customer service e.mail not operational.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

5 days later - sent Dreams order details as requested, they have still made no contact with me, safe to assume one of the following:
Delivery crew did not report problem as they said they would, Dreams cannot be bothered to contact customer following complaint form, Dreams don't care about review, Dreams hope I will shut up and go away, Dreams have no intention of dealing with issue or perhaps a combination of all of these.
If I could give 0 stars i would. Now looking for other platforms where i can warn off prospective customers.

19/09 - So here we are a week further on and still no contact from Dreams - Do they think i will just give up and go away? If so, no chance! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The people who delivered the bed base were very good, polite and helpful.
It would of been 5 stars, it was just the waiting time of 6 wks that took a star away......mean I know!!

We visited the Aylesbury store in 2022 as we needed a new mattress. We disturb each other during the night when we move so a mattress that comes as two single mattresses but with a topper was recommended. The mattresses would/could be zipped together, and we were told the topper would NOT have a gap (would come as one topper). However, when the mattress arrived, the topper was attached to each individual mattress and did have a gap. I don’t like to complain so we kept the mattress and hoped it would work. Over the two years (and not having slept properly since) I’ve thought about complaining but then didn’t but wish I had!. We have spent so much money trying to make this work for us. I’ve packed the gap with towels and a single quilt and even bought a topper but there’s still a dip in the mattress. So, in June this year I did highlight this to Dreams but because so much time has passed (my fault) they have dismissed the issue and are using the time lapse as an excuse not to help/rectify the issue. I would NEVER buy from Dreams again and I certainly would NOT recommend a mattress that comes in two halfs!! Order number 908A032635
