We had a really positive experience at Dreams thanks to Martin. From the moment we entered the store, he was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. I explained that my current mattress is too firm and that I was unsure what type of mattress or support level I actually needed.

Martin took the time to talk us through the options and guided me through the mattress assessment, explaining everything clearly along the way. He was very knowledgeable without being pushy, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. He even made us coffee while we completed the test, which was a really nice touch.

Once the assessment was complete, he talked us through the recommended mattresses and helped us make an informed decision. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into buying. Overall, the service was excellent and made choosing a mattress much easier than expected. A genuinely enjoyable shopping experience.

Fantastic great service from the shop and delivery

Went in to purchase a adjustable bed today, Man in branch really couldnt be bothered to serve us. Needless to say we left and will go to another retailer. We asked questions he googled the website and then didnt show us to any matresses he offered as options.

Bought a bed for our son. Martin & Dan were excellent both great salesman. Very polite very knowledgeable in there work.
Also went above & beyond to make sure we were well looked after .
Martin was very polite from the moment we walked in made us feel welcome not pushy at all explaining things as we asked what we wanted.

Forgot to leave a review but better late than never! Our trip to Dreams in Basildon went smoothly with helpful, not pushy, members of staff. We completed our purchase with Kelly who was more than helpful to the point of paying our parking! Great experience with a good (bundle) price too.

The delivery was very good, they gave me a 2 hour time slot then phoned me on the day to say they were on the way.

We received great service from a very knowledgeable person. Dan was patient and helpful. I’m disabled and use a mobility scooter which often makes furniture shopping very difficult. Dan made it as easy as possible for me to get around and try out the mattresses.

Martin and the team at Basildon are amazing. They have provided assessments for our teenage sons to see which type of bed would be most comfortable and showed us suitable beds and mattresses which were within our budget for us to consider.

The team were friendly, knowledgeable and patient and we were neither rushed nor pressured.

We placed the order online after going home to reflect on best option for us.

Having bought from here many times (and been extremely happy with every purchase), would recommend placing order in store if you can because then you know a delivery date. Online delivery date seemed to be much longer.

From the extremely helpful sales rep in the shop to the admin leading up to delivery and finishing with the delivery drivers we found Dreams to exceed our expectations. The bed is great.
