Melissa was very patient with me. She was very knowledgeable about all the frames and mattresses in the shop. She was not pushy in my decision of what bed to buy.

The manager we met in the Bognor store was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was the right balance of helpful and also left us space to wander and look on our own! Very impressed. The guys who delivered the new mattress were also brilliant and insisted on taking their shoes off and were so helpful and efficient. Definitely a 10/10 all round. To top

Great in store experience & service. Would have been 5 stars, but delivery staff was a little reluctant in taking the mattress to the bedroom top floor of town house, but did after noticing that I only had one leg..!

Delivery drivers, came in time frame given to me, put bed up within half an hour of getting here and took all rubbish with them.

Good friendly informative assistance whilst I was in store. Delivery was exactly at day and time given. Delivery guys courteous and efficient.

Great product easy to assemble with instructions and tools provided, Delivery was perfect, having rearranged the original given date, guys updated time to two hour slot and kept me again on the day. They arrived a few minutes early which was great.

From our initial visit through to delivery of our mattress we were thoroughly impressed.
The sales colleague was friendly, informative and professional. The displays in the showroom were well spaced and clean.
The offers available and services were clearly shown and explained.
Delivery was exactly as described with good communication of how and when it would happen. We are very pleased with our purchase but were also made aware of the 100 day return promise. A great experience, thank you.

The knowledge of Chazz was really helpful. It is a big purchase to get wrong. But we have not slept so well since getting the new mattress.

Excellent CustomerService from female staff member who explained in detail the ‘Dreams’ policy on refunding and replacing mattress should the need arise. The store was clean, tidy and welcoming. The male staff members delivering the mattress, arrived on time, were respectful of my home, and carful of my property.Thank you!

I am updating this review after the excellent service that has been provided by Faye at the escalations team at Dreams. Faye got in touch after reading my review below, listened emphatically and understood my frustration after having previously been very pleased with several purchases over the last twenty odd years from Dreams. She arranged for an inspection of the said mattress and it was found to have a manufacturing fault. Without any further issues a replacement has been ordered at no cost to me and will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
I have been very pleased at the communication from Dreams and we are delighted with the outcome. I will now happily go back to make further purchases at Dreams in the future, knowing that they do take consumer satisfaction seriously.

After being happy with previous purchases from dreams we went back and ordered a therapur mattress, along with a new bed frame which we assumed was all covered under the guarantee we brought alongside it. After four and half years of normal use the said mattress now sags terribly, however we have just found out the bed cover is only for the frame! Whilst the representative at the shop informed me that mattress cover is offered at the time of purchase I genuinely believed that the bed cover encompassed everything. So beware when the salesman says the purchases you have made are guaranteed for 8 years, as they may not be!

The mattress is OK but I was very upset to receive an email telling me that I could save another £120.00 by buying the mattress I'm "interested in" because of the final reduction in your sale.
