Sales service in shop was very good. Helpful and knowledgable, but not pushy at all. The full service including delivery was very efficient, good communication, on time and very quick to assemble. Sadly it is rare to experience such great service.

Katie, was so patient and explained everything in detail. we were in the shop for well over an hour testing the different beds.

I took my mum to choose a mattress in Bracknell store so she check the firmness etc - Jasmine and Alex were absolutely amazing ! They spend soo much time to find the right mattress for my mum , nothing was a problem for them, I have never experienced such a great service ! My mum does not speak English but thanks to them she felt so comfortable and looked after, I would recommend this store to anyone! Fantastic customer service! Thank you ! Mum loves her new mattress !

Lovely bed and bedding. Alex in sales was brilliant, advised us on the right bed to buy, he was polite, and over all his customer service was brilliant

We have struggled finding the perfect mattress and the one we bought from Dreams - fakenham has been wonderful, so fed up of back ache. The Lady shop assistant showed me the best way to raise the mattress as we bought an ottoman bed too . Really pleased with the help in the shop and our new bed and mattress

I’d like to extend a huge thank you to Dreams of Bracknell for providing such outstanding service and customer care. We visited the store to purchase a mattress for our spare bed and were warmly welcomed by Patrice, who offered helpful guidance before giving us the freedom to browse at our own pace. From selecting the mattress to its delivery today, Patrice ensured excellent service from start to finish!

A big thank you to Alex, who delivered our mattress exactly as promised and was both friendly and incredibly helpful throughout.

We also made use of Dreams’ recycling service for our old mattress, which was simple and convenient. Overall, the experience has been excellent, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return to Dreams again in the future.

Staff in shop were extremely helpful. Plenty of time to view andctest beds. Able to choose base and matress combination we wanted. Delivery as agreed and on time.

I would never usually write a review for a bed shop, However, Meeting Teddy in the Bracknell branch today was truly incredible. She was so lovely. Professional, Unbelievably knowledgeable and informative. We walked not knowing anything about beds, And we came out knowing we knew everything about beds, all because of Teddy! Spoken so eloquently and Professionally about what we needed with zero pressure. She is a huge credit to you all and will definitely be seeing her/asking her for further information. A refreshing woman, a rarity in today's selfish world.

We visited the Bracknell store to look for a new mattress and Alex was absolutely brilliant. He welcomed us into the store, offered us drinks and explained how the process worked. We tried to the sleep machine to understand and narrow down the choices for us. We then got to pick a pillow and Alex took us through the recommendations and listened to our feedback to find us the perfect mattress. He was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and friendly and made the whole process incredibly easy and enjoyable.

The actual taking all my old bed and Mattress was all fine and quick also put the new bed together very quickly. I am slowly getting used to the bed is much higher than I am used to. Aslo not used to having to twist the matteress around which is quite heavy for
my age another thing I did not think before having never done that before.

Went to try out some mattresses last weekend and were helped by Lily. She was very knowledgable, very friendly and knew her stuff.
Didn’t purchase on the day but have a good idea of which mattress I will be buying so will go back.

From the moment we walked into the store in Bracknell, we were greeted by sales assistant Shirley, who was so knowledgeable, informative, understood our budget and helped us choose the correct mattress for our bed. Shirley was never pushy and left us alone for us to decide.

Delivery was excellent too.

I needed a new mattress as I was suffering from back and hip pain. The assistant spent plenty of time with me, first of all using the diagnostic mattress to pinpoint the types to try. I was able to try a number of mattresses including the two top recommendations which in the end I chose between, trying each one multiple times. The ordering process was efficient and all points relating to delivery were followed as outlined both by the assistant and via text and email from the delivery team. The latter were efficient and helpful, and I was impressed that they wore soft overshoes inside the house. Expensive but worth it!
