Fantastic Customer Service
Went to Dreams Waterfront Brierley Hill, greeted by Branden who was really professional. He answered all questions we had then gave us time to browse. He put us on sleepmatch which showed us the right mattress then gave us a pillow to try whilst we lay on mattresses to choose the right one for us.
Was offered a drink whilst ordering and made the process really smooth. We came away knowing with peace of mind we had made the right purchase.

Jenny was our adviser and she is brilliant! Sold me my last bed eight years ago and sold me this one a few weeks ago. As with any new bed, the first week is' a getting used to it time' but it is very comfortable and with the 100 day exchange offer what's not to like?

Mattress hunting
We went into the Brierley Hill store, we were helped by Jag who was so patient and helpful throughout the whole experience. He showed us to the sleep match machine, which he then proceeded to show us the best mattresses for us, and showed so much knowledge about mattresses and pillows. We ended up going for one of the mattresses he recommended which we are so happy with! The purchasing experience was also so pleasant and they even get you a hot drink!! Would highly recommend this store, the staff and their knowledge was amazing!
