As a support worker for a client in the neuro divergent spectrum , I can’t praise Dans customer service more ! I just simply thought this type of customer service no longer exist ! But today we found it ! Is so amazing is almost surreal!

Very pleased with Dreams service on time they delivered. Delivery team is so friendly did nice job. Everything is fine other than the pillows not so comfy. Mattress is great and gives you comfy feeling.

The girl in the showroom was extremely helpful to my elderly father. She listened to what he wanted and gave great advice. We bought a mattress there and then. The old mattress was taken away and his new mattress delivered to his bedroom on the date and time expected.

They got us to try all the mattresses and the tempur mattress computer to see which one was best for us. We brought a tempur mattress which keeps the air flow so it keeps you warm and cool but doesn’t spread the heat when using a hot water bottle

I used the bed simulator to find the right mattress for me on testing a few I found one that was so comfy. It was much more than I was hoping to pay but the interest free credit was fantastic so was able to go ahead and make the purchase. I’ve had the best nights sleep since I had it delivered! Also delivery updates were spot on leading up to delivery day and then a phone call on the day of delivery to confirm time.
