New king size bed…and bedside cabinets
I am thrilled with my new king size bed and mattress from Dreams…. The quality is very high standard and it was worth every penny ….
The two matching bedside cabinets are also beautiful and very useful… I would definitely buy from Dreams in the future…
The delivery guys who assembled the bed were polite and assembled the bed efficiently with ease…

Great Customer Service … purchased a mattress
Great customer service…(bought a mattress Little did we know there’s so much info on buying one) Here at the store they listened to what We wanted, showed us around, offered a coffee, let us browse around on our own after a tour of showroom. Made us welcome and answered all our questions and were very knowledgable.
Delivery was as stated and the gentlemen were polite and respectful, delivered to the room of our choice and unpacked the mattress for us. So nice to have a good nights sleep once again….

Helpful Staff
The staff were very helpful in the store and when I had an issue with the mattress and bed coming at different times they quickly gave me a few options to sort it out.

Really happy with the service and purchase
Dreams were really helpful and their staff were fantastic. We used their in store sleep system to recommend the type of mattress we should look at and ended up buying a 30cm Tempur medium firm.
It’s lovely and we are definitely more comfortable.

Extremely helpful salesperson who went…
Extremely helpful salesperson who went out of his way to help us find a replacement mattress with the best possible deal. Very happy with the purchase which is definitely much more comfortable than the old one! Delivery was spot on time and the delivery guys even had their own shoe covers for inside so no mess at all! Highly recommended - many thanks!

We had bought a mattress from Dreams about two years ago to replace one that our son had worn out. So we bought a similar mattress for our daughter’s bed.

They treat customers with respect and their beds are the best you can test it and be sure with what you want to buy .Dreams Caerphilly is the best we enjoyed buying our matress and my friends they bought bed frame along side with free drinks it was nice

Mellisa the young lady was brilliant
Mellisa the young lady was brilliant. She helped me a pick a bed for my daughter and future son in law and arranged to get it delivered to the North London area. Everything was spot, the bed was perfect arriving bang on time. Mellisa also made a great cup of coffee. I am completely satisfied and have recommended Mellisa and Dreams to my friends and family. Superb experience. We will be back so keep the coffee hot.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. My daughter struggles with social anxiety but felt at ease throughout our browsing and purchase. There was an ample range of beds at competitive prices, with some good deals. Extra bed cover was reasonably priced too.

Great service, excellent product
Shopped for a new double bed at the Caerphilly store. Brilliant friendly service from Derry! Nothing was too much trouble for him and he allowed a lot of time for us to make a decision without feeling pressurised to buy.
The bed arrived today as arranged, again great service from the delivery team.
Would highly recommend the store and company!
