The quality is second to none
The quality is second to none. What a night we both get now. we sleep so sound it 's really hard to get out of bed in the morning. It's the most comfortable bed we have ever had.

Not Fit for purpose, Dreams don't care
The Mattress was misrepresented to us when we bought it. It's a Tempur. They didn't tell us the one you try in the shop is not what you get, the foam has to broken down to be soft, takes 30 days.Apparently staff walk on it in store to soften it. We were crippled after 3 nights. Can't wait 30 days to sleep. We told them we have bad back and shoulder and need soft. Dreams have ignored our email for a Refund, we are doing a charge back from our bank. We were totally misrepresented and the mattress is not fit for purpose.

I am sorry to hear that you are not getting on with your mattress. I note that you purchased a soft mattress.
Through our 100-night comfort guarantee, you are able to exchange the mattress. The mattress you have can also be ordered in the medium, medium firm and firm tensions.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a collection and refund unless a manufacturing fault is present. I have sent you an email and I do hope to hear from you soon.

Excellent service
Lovely, clean store with obviously happy staff as they all seemed to get on well together. Lots of smiles and laughter and the service was excellent. Helpful without being pushy and even offered me a drink!
Dan, Lee and Adam are all a credit to the Company….I was given as much time as I needed and was encouraged to test the item to ensure that it was right for my needs before committing to purchase.
I can thoroughly recommend them and sincerely hope that the delivery/assembly team is as good
