I recently bought a bed and a side cupboard. The staff in the shop were a bit reserved. But the staff in the delivery team were very friendly, knowledgeable and nice. The bed is good and comfortable.

Fantastic service from start to finish, lovely bed

Knowing in advance when the beds would arrive and keeping to the time slot. The beds were well protected and delivered in very good condition.

So we had an old (13 yrs old) mattress also from Dreams, it was their cheapest but one at the time and seemed it might be a bit budget and we thought perhaps we're due for an upgrade. We went back to Dreams in Carmarthen and went on their ridiculous magic mattress with all the different inflatable sections, and after that we picked a mattress which felt ok in the shop - not sure whether anything about the fitting process had any input on the one we picked. Well anyway the new one came and the old one was taken away. The new mattress is inconveniently thick and heavy so a normal sheet doesn't really tuck in around it properly and it's hard work to make the bed. It's firm and you don't feel you sink more than 2 or 3 inches into it anyway so why does it have to be so thick I wonder. It was quite expensive and ultimately not really an improvement. The guys in the shop were helpful and everything but the final result was distinctly underwhelming. Oh well, you live and learn.

Delivery as per agreement, on time, polite. Mattress is great, very comfy

Great mattress choice, friendly staff, kept up to date, delivery arrived on time, on the day arranged with no issues. I can't fault the whole process.

Greeted warmly as I came in and started looking at different beds and mattresses. I was asked what I required or interested in, giving plenty of options from basic to top of the range, and tried different ones with and without pillows. When I made my choice I was offered a drink while sorting paperwork, prices and delivery, could not fault the staff.

Found what we wanted in shop. Staff were friendly and item was easily ordered. Delivered on time.

Purchasing a bed frame & mattress was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Adam who served us in Carmarthen store was professional, helpful & got us a fantastic deal within my budget.
He really couldn’t have made purchasing the bed of our dreams more pleasant. 🙂

Great communication from the delivery company from go & the two men who delivered & set up my bed were professional, on time, respectful of my property & set up my bed quickly, efficiently & ensured I was happy with the end result before leaving. 👍

As for the comfort of the mattress & design of the bed I couldn’t be happier.
The Tempur mattress & accessories are just divine, super comfortable & the frame is stylish & modern. 😀

From the help and advice during the "choosing and buying" stage to the delivery stage, everything was done in a professional manner. Then the " follow up" email to check we were happy with the product...a nice touch.Well done DREAMS.

I’m sat writing this in my beautiful new bed. I loved the whole process. The Gentleman who served me was extremely nice and helpful. I got to try out the bed in store which told me how I sleep. I then chose the right mattress and frame for my budget. I then got told there was an extra discount - great! And got offered water to drink while I thought about it. The bed took a few months to be made, but it’s been worth the wait. I paid the £90 for delivery and install, which as you pay £60 for delivery anyway the extra £30 was sooooo worth it! No Allan Keys or boxes and packaging to sort. Two lovely guys came and installed it. For my first bed for my first home I couldn’t be happier.
