We went to Dreams because there is a local branch, and were very happy from the word go. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. We knew what we wanted and were guided through the choices and process most efficiently.

Hoping sincerely my wife will sleep peacefully with as little pain as possible have greate assistance in sitting up when HAVEING coughing bouts every morning usually in early hrs withoute using muscles which are already hurting this bed should help us immensely thank you for the guidance

Visited the Carmarthen store. The store assistant advised us to try the Sleepmatch machine. It was really excellent as all the mattresses recommended for us by Sleepmatch were so comfortable and any of them would have been ideal for us, so it was just a matter of choosing any construction preferences (e.g. sprung, gel etc) and the price range. We also bought a new bed frame. Delivery due in just over 3 weeks and we chose to pay a bit extra for assembly. Really impressed with the service received.

Excellent service in store, helpful staff that enabled me to make the correct choice! The Tempur mattress is a delight to sleep on, wish we had met years ago. Secondly the bed frame will arrive next week to complete the transformation of my bedroom. Thank you Dreams.

We visited the Carmarthen branch and greeted by Kelly who was very pleasant and understood our specufic needs (we live in a barn conversion and are always hot in bed - we have a 4 togg duvet even in winter)
Kelly showed us around our matched beds and husband and myself decided on the Tempura. Now looking forward to a good night sleep as soon as the bed arrive.

We went to Dreams to buy a mattress, we didn't really know what type we were looking for. We had an assistant who was very helpful and took us through the options. We used the system that checks on what position we slept and it picked 3 different mattresses for us to try. We tried the 3 and a couple of other types too, in the end we chose a Tempur mattress.
With our mattress we had 2 free pillows made from the Tempur material which is very nice.

The delivery was quick and the delivery drivers fitted the new mattress efficiently.

After a few weeks using the mattress we have found it firm and it moulds well giving support at all times. The only one downside is that eventhough we have the CoolTouch Elite mattress it does heat up during the night making for an uncomfortable sleep at times.
Overall our experience of Dreams is very good so far. The staff we have come into contact gave good service.

Excellent service from the moment we entered the shop. Was given advice re our medical problems and no pressure on our choice. Since buying our mattress we have had comfortable nights. Wish we had shopped there first. Staff were excellent and delivery was excellent. Highly recommend

Delivery of the mattress was excellent. Dreams kept to the booked day. We received confirmation communication prior to the delivery day and on the day prior to delivery confirming the 2hour delivery slot. They also phoned on the morning of the delivery to confirm the 2 hour time slot and they delivered well within the time slot. The delivery team were polite professional and courteous and delivered the mattress in excellent condition and I am very satisfied with Dreams and I would definitely recommend. Excellent products, salesperson and delivery experience.
