At the beginning of the process Charmy at the Charlton branch was very thorough and gave us excellent advice. Offered us a drink,put us at ease and helped us select and compare the mattresses. The delivery team wore shoe covers ,removed our old mattress and carried our new one upstairs.

Delivery was on time and it only took the team of two 25mins to take the sofa bed upstairs to my room of choice and assemble it. They removed their boots without being asked to and both were friendly and polite. Very happy with my purchase

GREAT customer "journey". Mo was FANTASTIC! Super professional, not salesy in ANY way, really emapthetic, knowledgeable. I actually went back after my first visit and not at any moment did Mo try and "sell" me anything! The staff at the Charlton branch were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I found my dream bed and the whole process from choosing it to having it delivered was seamless. The delivery guys were also really friendly and professional. Would definitely shop there again and recommend to others.
