Extremely Disappointed - Therapur Actigel 2600

I bought this mattress in June 2024, and by Christmas, it had completely given out. My husband had now lower back pain because of how unsupportive it became. The quality is nothing like what was advertised—it’s shocking how different the actual construction is compared to their claims.

For £1,499, I expected durability and comfort, but instead, I had to replace it by February 2025. An absolute waste of money. Avoid this mattress if you want something that lasts!

When i visited their Charlton store I had a rough idea what I wanted but Laud helped me choose my ideal bed and mattress. I'm extremely happy with what I chose. the price was great and I also got two free pillows and a free duvet. brilliant

We had a brilliant service buying a matress from Dreams from visiting the store to delivery. The assistant in the shop was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and with a good sense of humour. We were shown a range of mattresses which would best suit our needs, The assistant was helpful, not at all pushy and gave us as much time as we needed to make a decision The delivery was great, exactly on time and once again the two men who delivered the mattress were polite, friendly and not at all rushed. Thank you Dreams, we will definitely use you again.
