Efficient friendly salesperson
Delivered as advised and installed efficiently

The delivery staff were punctual, professional, fast, friendly and respectful to our space. Although the Turin bed frame was sold online exclusively and we couldn't see it in person prior to our purchase, the quality of it was way over our expectation. The overall experience is really good. I would also like to point out that the staff in the Charlton store were very helpful with guiding us using the sensor device and trying most of the suggested mattresses.

I got a very good after sales service. The delivery was made as scheduled, and so far there's been no issue with the product.

Decided I needed a new bed went to Dreams (did some shopping around online and in person). Sales executive was very helpful and informative. Delivery personnel were very respectful of my property and very competent.

Headboard wasn't fitted correctly, a large gap was left between the bed and headboard with a piece of wood between the two, only one of the two connecting bolts was screwed in on both sides, I had to side the whole bed out to fix the headboard properly and man it was heavy.

A very good delivery experience ; we are still testing the bed!

I needed to buy a new mattress, but due to a long-term medical condition it had to be the right mattress for me. We went to Dreams in Charlton where Nicholas introduced himself, I explained what I was looking for and how the medical condition can affect me, the first thing he did was to put me onto a Sleepmatch mattress to work out how I lay/sleep, which gave Nicholas a number of mattresses to choose from, he made sure that I knew which mattresses to choose from and the asked if I would mind if he helped another customer as the store had become busy. I tried a number of mattresses and was able to take my time over each one and had a discussion with a friend who can with me to help me on and off each mattress as I’m severely disabled. Even though Nicholas was still dealing with another customer he did come back to answer any questions I had about the mattresses I’d tested. I was getting rather tired at this point and didn’t think I would find what I was looking for, but then I tried a mattress and knew it was the one for me. I could have fallen asleep on it there and then. Nicholas then took us over to the desk so we could place the order. Everything was explained to me and I was given a quick delivery slot and arranged for my old mattress to be removed. I would like to thank Nicholas for all the care and consideration he showed me. There was no hard sell sales pitch and even though he was near at all times he let me get on and try and test the mattresses that were suitable myself. I don’t think I could recommend this branch or Nicholas highly enough. Thank you so much

We had an amazing experience at Dreams Charlton thanks to Clinton and Mohamed. Their dedication and knowledge when helping us choose the perfect bed frame and mattress were outstanding. As we are planning to store the old mattress inside the ottoman, Clinton took the time to measure the frame of different beds and make sure our old mattress would fit inside the ottoman. He even guided us through how to properly open and use the ottoman, making the process easy to understand. Furthermore, he also offered "Sleep Match" test to help determine which mattress would be the best fit for us. This was an interesting experience. On top of that, he also provided us financial advices and offered us free pillow, mattress protector and discount. I truly appreciate his personalised approach and extra effort to help us make our decision much easier. His high level of professionalism, care and fantastic service made our entire purchase so enjoyable. We're incredibly happy and highly recommend for anyone looking for expert guidance and top-notch service!

Very comfortable sofa bed

Received our mattress and bed frame, very satisfied.
The quality throughout the store was to a ver high standard. Staff were patient, informative, accommodating, anything we asked they were happy to answer. Over all great experience.

The products are perfect, the sales assistants were super helpful. And the delivery chaps were fantastic!
