Brilliant experience from start to finish, sales reps were great in store. I chose a mattress after doing an assessment on the bed-machine, was offered hot chocolate in store. Bought my bed, and it came on time, on my chosen date. Delivery was quick and delivery people were lovely, took off the plastic, put my bed on the frame for me and took all the rubbish with them! Great experience overall.

Nicolas was an absolute GEM.
Look, I am not going to lie, I didn't end up buying something from this branch of Dreams this time, purely, because of a deal I could get online BUT. I felt compelled to write that the service from Nicolas was on point, when I visited the Charlton branch to test some mattresses out and get some info. He just chatted like a normal human being and we had a laugh, all the while he was listening and mining for info so he could offer me the best mattresses for my criteria. The mattress which was chosen for my lower back problem, has dissolved.The bed itself just the right size and loads of storage space to put unusable items

I came to dreams to purchase mattress, bed frame, and pillow. My experience with the store was comfortable and pleasant. Upon entering the store Charmy offered me to lie down and use machine to find out most suitable mattress type. She then showed and let me try out the different mattresses which could be suitable in a friendly and professional manner, and helped me compare different bed frames available. During payment, Charmy helped me separated my mattress and bed frame purchases because bed frame takes longer to deliver and therefore I can get the mattress much faster this way. She also gave me a call as soon as my bed frame becomes available and was ready to deliver.
Later on I decided to pop into the shop to order an extra soft pillow and also to understand how to use my mattress warranty. Nicholas assisted me this time and very efficiently offered all the details I need. Charmy also offered warm hot chocolate which was really nice in the winter cold weather and also pointed me the exact location for transport which was handy. I’m very satisfied with all the services I received from the store and hence highly recommend.

Great service. Was a perfect mixture of being left to decide and being given all the information. One visit spent getting details and even though the store knew I was not purchasing on that day they were still attentive when required.
