FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Just wanted to say "THANK-YOU!" to Drew and his colleagues for the Fabulous Customer Service we received. From the "Sleep Match" machine, to trying the mattresses , choosing the bed frame, Drew was the consummate professional! Helpful and knowledgeable staff
The staff were very courteous in helping us to choose a new mattress that would meet our requirements.
The delivery was efficient too. The delivery men were pleasant and chatty and carried the mattress up our steep terraced house stairs to the bedroom. Other companies charge for delivery to the bedroom.

Helpful, knowledgable staff. Not at all pushy. Made choosing the right mattress simple. Delivery team were on time and very efficient. Took old mattress for recycling and delivered new one in ten minutes! Would and actually have recommended Dreams to family and friends.
