Very good selection of beds etc, in clean airy surroundings and with a very helpful member of staff. Only disappointment is the long wait for delivery…6 weeks.
Ben was friendly and helpful without being pushy. He seemed knowledgeable and talked us through trying out several matresses.

Delighted with my new bed.
I visited the Chesterfield store twice. First to look at options then returned, having done some research on the Dreams website to place an order. I stayed with the mattress I chose in store but changed the bed base to one the store did not have on display - having checked the package sizes to be sure they would fit up my angled stairs. The staff at the shop were really helpful and sorted out a good discount for me. The website was clear and informative. The delivery and assembly team were spot on time, very respectful of my property and did a great job. The bed looks good, very comfortable - I am delighted with my purchase.

Perfect experience
Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Jenny at the Chesterfield store was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure being served by her.
I received many updates regarding my order so knew what was happening and when. The delivery guys were absolutely brilliant too. Friendly, efficient and respectful of my property. Finally to my lovely new bed. The perfect finishing touch to my newly refurbished bedroom, I absolutely love it. Superb quality and so much under bed storage. It feels sturdy and has a high quality finish and even though my mattress was from my old bed it's taken that to a new comfort level. Would have no hesitation in recommending dreams to friends and family and would definitely shop there myself again. Thanks for a stress free experience

Friendly efficient service from start to finish. Felt welcome in the store and they made sure we selected the right choice. Process was easy and delivery sorted to when I wanted it. The delivery was excellent and done by friendly courteous staff who took everything away. Very happy customer!

First ever visit !! Fabulous from start to finish !! Efficient,friendly and knowledgeable staff , wide choice, reasonably priced and super fast free delivery !! Chance to return and swap mattress in a period of time if found not suitable. Will definitely always use dreams in the future 🙂

Kris was lovely and would recommend.
Kris was very knowledgeable and very helpful with our purchase. He helped us know which bed would best suit us and helped us organise delivery days. Overall experience was lovely and when the time comes, we will be returning again.
