Excellent service from start to finish. Sales advisor was extremely professional and assisted in choosing the right mattress and bed frame. Delivery was on time and the delivery agents were very helpful and polite.

We purchased a very expensive mattress from Dreams and within 100 days we could feel the springs. We had someone come to inspect the mattress and he told us the mattress appeared faulty, however this was not in his report. Unfortunately I have now been diagnosed with cancer so have been unable to pursue the matter further, but I would advise people to consider carefully before purchasing from Dreams.

I was recommended to Dreams by a friend. It was the first store i visited and was welcomed by Tony. I am buying my first place, and went without a parent - i told Tony that i had no idea where to start!

I started with the sleep match, which was strangely a weirdly relaxing experience! Once the machine matched me up, Tony talked me through a whole range of products. He asked what price range i was looking at and showed me exactly what was in budget. Explaining about the dreams mattresses, how they are made - along with the frames and lead times. As Tony listened to my needs it didn't take him long to match me up to a mattress. The frame was the easy part, as i knew i wanted an ottoman and saw which one i liked fairly quickly.

I walked away happy with my experience and what i had found but wanted to shop around. Pricing was there or there about the same to other retailers however, the service i received didn't match up. I found other salesman didn't ask or listen to my requirements, they were more interested in bagging the sale. Not to mention, NONE of the mattresses were as comfortable as the ones i tried at dreams.

What i enjoyed about the service at Dreams was that Tony spoke to me like a person, rather than scared me off with hard sales. He explained the products in a way that was informative, that i could understand, and was very straight to the point whist being incredibly helpful and friendly. I went back the next day and purchased the bed. The process was just as quick and easy - timeslot was within a month for delivery.

Went into the showroom and being able to select mattresses at a price point and being able to compare by laying on the beds and then having a speedy delivery.

The staff in the Dream store in Colchester were awesome, friendly, patient with my ageing mother, answered all questions with deep knowledge of products. Delivery was seamless on time, delivery guys helpful and friendly. Overall 10 out of 10.
