Great bed, and after sales service.
Great bed, but had to go into store to actually order as website wouldnt process the order! Purchase came with free pillows, which had to chase up. Finally delivered pillows and a complimentary duvet also. Great service, and very satisfactory customer service!

Comfy and easy to build
Lovely, helpful staff at Colchester, Rob was particularly good. The bed arrived promptly and was easy to put together, although the instructions weren't that clear, so we did it without them! I think attaching the fabric panels to the front of the drawer panel would be helpful, as it was a pain trying to keep it level and screw it to the drawer! Other than that, it's comfy and I've never slept so deeply! Love it!

New Tempure mattress
Salesperson was very helpful and listened to what we needed. We were not rushed. After using the bed to decide which bed was most suitable, we tried all that had been suggested. We settled on the second choice. Mattresses were delivered at the stated time. The men delivering the mattresses were courteous and took all packing and old mattresses away. The mattresses have certainly lived up to expectations
