Great service with the new sales assistant…
Very happy with the new sales assistant called Andrew he took his time to make sure I chose the right bed. And I took advantage of 10 months interest free credit. This was his first time completing a on line form but did a great job.

The sales lady was very friendly and helpful. The delivery boys were outstanding! Polite, respectful to my property, happy..an absolute pleasure to see and to meet them!
And my Flaxby mattress is stunning...the expense is well worth it!

Sofa so good... NOT !!!
Really had a guts full of this rip off company. Bought a bed last year after nearly a year and 5 mattresses later had vouchers given for the partial refund balance of £1500. Bought a bed settee with them. Ex demo so in the store. Arranged delivery, raced home to meet them to be told it was too heavy to lift. Week later was told it wouldn't fit into the house but they didn't even come to the house. Then today took day off self employed to wait in, 2 chatbots, call to store and customer services to be told it will now be next Saturday. Guess we'll change our plans again then to accommodate. An email or call would have been nice though to let us know. Can't wait for delivery so we haven't got to deal with them again... Had an email as stated in their response. Offered more money if we took down review. Just sums them up... avoid...

Andy was so helpful
Andy was so helpful, as was his colleague, in helping us tthrough all the permutations of mattresses, divans, headboard options and colours. Time was not a problem and we did not feel we were pressurised into any choice or purchase. He was both friendly and expert in his manner. Also the computerised instore bed was excellent in finding the correct type of mattress before we began
