The sales woman went above to make sure that we knew exactly how to change the sofa into a bed and even provided my husband with a pillow, she also recommend that we sat on the sofa to make sure it was comfortable and offered our family five of us a drink. We are enjoying our new sofa bed which is a wonderful addition to our summer house.

Bought new bed at Dreams Cwmbran,
Friendly and knowledgeable staff who gave good advice (especially Jack) and made us feel welcome with offers of refreshments and asking if we needed help or information about their products.
Delivery was on time and James and Danny were expertly assembled the bed and showed us what they were doing.
They cleaned up as they worked and took away all packaging

Changed my delivery date with no problem. the delivery men were respectful of my property wore overshoes, installation was swift and a demonstration on how the ottaman worked. a very satisfactory experience,

Sweet dreams.
