Had our Francesca ottoman bed base delivered today. Absolutely over the moon with their service. They notified me yesterday of time slot. Rang me this morning to say they were on their way. Guys were great. Put bed together for us. Well done Dreams. 👏👏👏

Very good service from point of ordering to point of delivery, lots of texts & emails re despatch & delivery information. Sale price of mattress was very good also.

Dreams had a much larger selection of more affordably priced beds than other retailers. Friendly and patient staff in store who helped me to arrange a much quicker delivery date with their knowledge of styles and their availability. Their friendly delivery guys kept me informed, arrived on time, installed the bed quickly and left no mess. Highly recommended.

So the buying experience can’t fault it amazing got my bed amazing. 2 years on mattress fault have a dip in one place after I had been rotating mattress every 2 months dip in same place. Phoned dreams cause I had purchased the insurance and they came out and said it was in tolerance which is fine but why is this dip only in one place even when rotated. So I now have to buy a new mattress as causing back issues. Won’t be using dreams and would say the insurance is not worth the money paid. Bed is still 100% amazing even after 2 years.
Update: thank you for looking into this Kishan. Dreams have agreed to replace the mattress and was very quick in getting in contact never had an issue with Dreams customer service will upgrade star rating to 5 star again when I receive new mattress. Received new mattress and it is perfect easy exchange. Customer service helped sort this issue thank you so much very happy customer

Shannon was really helpful when we visited to buy a new mattress, we were given good advice and left to try as many mattresses as we wanted to as many times as we liked.

Love my new bed. It is so comfortable. I thought my old bed was comfortable, but with my new bed I'm asleep within 2 minutes of my head hitting the pillow and no more waking up with a bad back

Very helpful as ordered 3 beds and I needed the 2 single before the original delivery date so the assistant tried different ways to see if this could be done and got my singles delivered in time
