Driver very helpful and plight delivered in the time slot

Tried different mattress in the shop at Dartford, and found the mattress we found most comfortable in our price range. Delivery was very quick, and placed in rear extension. Fitted mattress to bed and left to air as advised. From the first night we found the mattress gave us a good nights sleep. The only down side we find is edge of the mattress has lack of support.

Delivery was quick and easy. The guys were very helpful. The bed is great, the third Luca bed we have bought in varying sizes.

Bought an amazing mattress from here! Was searching high and low for the ideal mattress and the staff here were soo friendly and non-pressurising, it was a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the assistant in Dartford Dreams shop. He spent a lot of time with us choosing our bed. At no point did he rush us in any way. This was the second bed we have bought there. He was very knowledgeable. The bed was delivered on time, the men were polite, efficient and professional. They put our bed together in no time and collected our old one. I would definitely recommend Dreams Dartford.

Mattress delivery gentleman were very caring in getting. the mattress upstairs. We have a stairlift which was providing a little difficult to manoeuvre around but they did it.

The moment we walked into the store, Kate welcomed us with a lovely smile. She offered to help us with any questions, then allowed us to wander freely.
She guided us through the procedure with absolute professionalism. Such a lovely way to shop, without being troubled by a pushy salesperson.
I returned to the store a few days later, to ask for measurements of the mattress that we had ordered. The moment I walked into the store, she greeted me BY NAME! (How did she remember?) Not only did she give me the measurements, she gave me a print out of all the details, incase I needed more info.
She is a real credit to the company.

Purchased a new headboard from Dreams a couple of weeks ago, and the headboard was infested with bedbugs. no issues before purchasing the headboard,

they will not take any responsibility. and replied with a load of bull. which indicates they have no idea about the life cycle of bedbugs that can be dormant and not eaten for months.
they become active once they sense food (human)
Be careful as they are hard to get rid of and very expensive
I suggest any purchase made with Dreams get them to sign a waiver, if any items from Dreams are found to have bedbugs they there liable

On visiting the showroom in Dartford we were given unlimited time to experiment with as many mattresses as we wanted to find the most suitable.

We were subsequently given a delivery date, and the day before, a two hour time slot. On the day we were phoned ten minutes before arrival.

We were concerned, being aged 90 and 82 respectively, whether we could get the existing king sized mattress off the bed and packaged in the bag provided, but managed it partially.

In the event the two men delivering could not have been more helpful, and in no time at all had removed the old mattress and installed the new.

Good service from the Company and a great product

This was our second visit to Dreams, Dartford over a 3 year period and both times we were greeted by Richard. The choice of bed bases, mattresses and headboards in this store is extensive, the sleepmatch is very helpful in the deciding the type and firmness of the desired mattress and Richard is very helpful, courteous and efficient. Delivery options were very good and well communicated. I highly recommend this store.

Good service on time with good communication. Delivery people were very respectful of our home. Our new bed and headboard is very nice and comfortable

Went into Dartford branch in July and looked around for a suitable bed (a simple single Divan), found what we needed. Sales staff answered questions, I came back 2-3 weeks later placed an order, it was delivered and fitted without any fuss, old bed taken away cheaper than council and at a discounted price. Happy with the product so far, so that’s all we can ask for.

I had a very old mattress and I bought a new one from Dreams, they helped me choose a suitable one and it is fabulous, and I bought new pillow and duvet too! The delivery guys were prompt and delivered to the room and the mattress is sooooo comfortable I am so pleased thanks Dreams for being awesome!!!

Very happy with the bed

My mattress was delivered on time , in great condition. The staff were very friendly & informed me on how best to look after it. I also have back issues & since sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks, the pain has continued to lessen. I now get great sleep & experience less pain in my legs, so I’m grateful for this mattresses good quality . I also have a very TIGHT budget so I also really appreciated the affordable price.
