I recently purchased a bed and mattress from Dreams , and I am extremely happy with my experience.
The quality of the bed and mattress is excellent. The mattress is very comfortable and supportive, and since I started using it, my sleep has improved a lot. The bed looks beautiful, feels strong and well-made, and fits perfectly in my room.
The delivery process was smooth and professional. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition, and the whole experience from ordering to delivery was easy and stress-free.
I really appreciate the quality, comfort, and service provided by Dreams. It was definitely a great purchase, and I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality bed and mattress.

Dreams does not honour their written quote
We have visited East Sheen Branch (London) on Tuesday (11-11-2025) and received a written quote for 4 king size beds with discounted prices.
This morning (14-11-2025) we visited again to finalise the purchase and the salesmen stated that the sale is over now, we now have to pay £1,300 more to complete the purchase.
He said, “a written PRE-ORDER CONFIRMATION means nothing, you need to pay the list price.”
This is how this company works. They do not honour their written quotes. Never trust them or at least double check and finalise the purchase at the store without checking other options.
Extremely poor sales performance, awful communication. Stay away!
