A happy customer
I trialled lots of mattresses and was undecided. I was asked if I wanted to try their sleep machine. I found this helpful. It lead to a choice of six. My budget narrowed it down again.
The delivery drivers were prompt and within the 2 hour slot given. They were happy and respectful of their surroundings on removing the old mattress. The whole experience was good.

Elliot at Dreams Eastbourne: 5-stars
Elliot from Dreams Eastbourne went above and beyond to assist myself and my wife during our visit. We had a niche requirement that ended up being matched by Elliot's extensive product knowledge and advice given to us along the way.
Not only did Elliot recommend we try the Sleepmatch machine, but we found an amazing mattress from it after extensive testing. I am glad we chose to follow Elliot's advice.
I would like to thank not only Elliot, but also the amazing staff at Dreams Eastbourne for bringing a welcoming and friendly environment to the store, that made me feel proud to support visiting stores in person, not using the internet. Thank you all - Alex & Jordi.

AN excellent product
I bought the Jay ottoman bed frame in Navy. It is well made and looks good. The cartons were very heavy to take upstairs but my wife helped. I am afraid the assembly took about 2 hours because I was doing it on my own. The instruction were comprehensive and clear and the assembled product looked great.

My mattress was delivered as planned and is very comfortable. I’d been trying it out in the shop for months and eventually ordered online. The shop staff were extremely helpful in helping me and ordering was simple.
