I bought the mattress recommended after using the sleep analyser. It wasn’t the mattress I had intended to buy but I am very pleased with the end result! The assistant was very helpful & patient while I dithered around & the delivery was timely & efficient.

Lovely sales lady, Information given very clearly and we were able to try several beds recommended without feeling rushed.

My husband and I had decided we needed a new mattress, and Matt from the Eastbourne branch, was happy to guide us. He suggested we use the sleep match machine, which selected 6 mattresses to choose from. He discussed pros and cons of each mattress. After returning the next day we ordered the Dream Team Gold Rochester 3200 Pocket Memory Mattress. We've experienced 10 nights of blissful sleep. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery service was excellent. Highly recommend.

We expected a matress costing this much, this heavy and sold to seniors, would be delivered upstairs to the bedroom. It was not. This was evidently an additional cost service not included in our sale. The bed delivered appears to be substancially different in firmness, consistancy and comfort. There is a hard ridge now the centre, one side feel firmer than the other but niether as firm as the showroom beds of similar firmness rating. In hot weather sheets and protector sheets slide off the bed.

Loveeeee my new bed! Yes it was expensive, yes the mattress was expensive, but in order to get a really really decent bed for the first time in my life, I knew I needed to spend a bit of money! And I do not regret my purchase, one bit! The guys came and assembled it for us, took them about an hour, it was honestly fantastic. And we only had to wait a couple of weeks for the bed to be delivered!

Showroom staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Delivery staff were great, checked where we wanted the beds, and installed three beds in no time. One of the staff put overshoes on when he entered the house and the other took his boots off. Very polite and courteous. As for the beds, they are a dream. Very comfortable, love the colour, and fit in the room a treat.

Pilot holes in wrong place, screws too small to fit the bracket, falling straight through the hole ! Damaged side pandel. Not a good experience using Dreams

Product (headboard) was exactly as expected and arrived in good order and on time. Delivery guy was pleasant and carried it up to second floor.
This is in contrast to our previous experience where the bed we ordered was damaged on arrival and it was difficult to get it exchanged. In fact on that occasion it was more a case or nightmares than dreams.

Disappointed that our last mattress only lasted 6 years, & despite several complaints & 2 visits from you insurance inspectors we felt we had no choice but order a new mattress. Hope the new one last the recommended 8 years. But 2 weeks in were happy with it. But the guys in store were fab

We were looking for a new mattress and with the help of Matthew and the analyser machine we walked away happily with a great mattress to be delivered!

We love our new divan bed, sales lady very helpful, and the delivery men were very respectful of our property with good communication.

The delivery guys, Gareth and Ryan, arrived nice and early, very friendly and professional. They collected the old bed and delivered the new one very efficiently and carefully respecting our property and belongings. So started off very well.
The new bed is extremely comfortable and is a much better size for our room giving us more workable space.
Mattress is firm giving correct support and an overall good night’s rest.
Also must say that Elliot the staff member who initially served us at the store was a very pleasant, professional and friendly person.
Would definitely recommend Dreams.
