Lovely staff in the shop, no pressure and sound advice

Customer service was really good. They explained everything about how to look after the mattress.
It took a while for the mattress to be delivered. However, it was well worth the wait.

I'm so pleased with my new bed and the help I received in the store.

Lady who served me was extremely helpful & had a good sense of humour which enabled me to relax. The “machine” you lie on tells her what mattresses would suit me & she made sure I tried them all & even went back to two I’d tried first but finally chose last one on the list. Very happy with new mattress.

Walking though Dreams doors, so welcoming staff so helpful amazing helped us chose the right mattress, then it was delivered the delivery guys amazing too, The mattress so comfortable love it.

I'm really impressed. After shopping around for a new bed within our price range we'd started to give up, but a chance visit to the Dreams store in Eastbourne changed that. Really helpful, non-pushy, lady helped us make the right choice, and our new bed was delivered as promised just over a week later. Great communication throughout from both store and delivery team, good prices and excellent service.

The guy selling the bed to us was very very good! Very thorough and knew everything about the bed we bought! Even sold us a pillow!!! Thankyou

The delivery drivers were very efficient and friendly. Unfortunately the strap to lift the ottoman part of the bed is missing and the driver said he would report it and one would be sent in the post. Haven't received it.

Good service friendly

The big choice of bed frames and mattresses. Colleagues have a wealth of knowledge regarding their products with a very patient and helpful approach. Nothing was too much trouble and we were not harassed or rushed into buying anything. We were very pleased to find the perfect bed and mattress for us, however, at a competitive price in today's market. Happy customers and would highly recommend.

Delivery staff kept us in the loop on day and time they would deliver, this was reliable. They took their shoes of before entering which was much appreciated as another delivery from a different company trod mud everywhere.

We went in thinking we knew what we wanted, and the bed survey confirmed we was right. Anne Marie explained all about the matteresses and then left us to check them all out. Looking forward to having our new mattress delivered in a couple of weeks. Thank you
