Great experience when buying a bed with dreams

Good service, helpful and friendly staff, prompt and reliable.

Excellent product and staff

We visited the Exeter store yesterday, we were served by Aaron who couldn’t have been more helpful. We explained our needs in buying a new mattress, we only tried two mattress. We were then left by ourselves to decide which suited us which then resulted in a purchase. Aaron was very knowledgeable about all the choices in store, we will certainly recommend Dreams.

I was very happy with the service in the store which was polite but never pushy.
I used the computerised bed to assess the type of mattress I needed, and I was guided to the most suitable within my price range and allowed time to make a decision.
Everything was explained and after an efficient delivery I have found the bed to be very comfortable with immediate improvement in my back and neck pain.

From the cheerful "Hello" we received as we walked in through the door, to driving away at the end of our visit, we were treated with courtesy and, most important of all, well informed advice on the best options among dozens of mattresses. For this, our thanks go to Jacqui (sorry, not sure of the spelling), who was a terrific guide and one-person support system. All in all, an outstanding store with delightful staff.

Was made at ease as soon as we entered the store.

Looking for a new bed dreams let you look around without following you and butting in. When we were ready there was no big sale,they asked the right questions and let us decide without giving over the top information.
Delivery was on time and the delivery guys were informative and helpful.
Refund for not taking the old mattress received quickly.

After 12 years, I needed a new bed, the people at this store were very accommodating very patient friendly they showed me through all the options and we had a talk to get the best deal both for my wallet and my bed

The salesman was helpful, but the product is not good
after spending over 2,000 on a Tempur mattress,
So we don't get pressure points.
We have the same again.
We are so disappointed.
We should have ordered it directly from Tempur,
In which case we could get a refund,
with night mare beds, they will exchange it for as before a used mattress.
we have spoken to them with no joy.
