Amazing! I am Jake, a 9 year old boy and I really appreciated and enjoyed this experience. Mel and Amanda in the Team Valley Dreams were fun to chat to, helpful and funny! Oh, and the hot chocolate was spot on (thanks Amanda ❤️) and Mel, you were amazing. Amanda, you were a great help. Overall the shop is Amazing! The mattresses were 100/10 and the machine where it finds your mattress is amazing. We ended up buying a double bed firm mattress and single bed firm mattress. Coming in 3 weeks, super excited. Thank you Dreams Beds!

My experience with this company was truly exceptional! What made it great was the outstanding customer service from start to finish. The staff were brilliant - super polite and professional throughout the entire process.
What this company is doing well is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to help me make an informed decision, patiently answering all my questions and addressing any concerns. Their expertise was evident as they guided me through various options, always keeping my budget in mind.
I never felt pressured or rushed, which gave me full peace of mind while making such an important purchase. They struck the perfect balance between being helpful and respecting my choices.
The mattress itself is excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. It's clear that this company values both their products and their customers equally.
Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with how they've managed to combine top-notch products with exemplary service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a new mattress!

i walked in was greeted straight away, offered a drink, was taken on the machine to determine what sort of mattress I required. I told them how much I wanted to pay and was shown a couple which I tried and picked the firm mattress. No problems whatsoever.

My sofa bed is very comfortable
My sofa bed is very comfortable. Not tried as a bed yet but sofa is comfortable. Arrived on time and the delivery men were great. They set the sofa bed up and took all packages away. Very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend.

Janette the sakes assistant from Dream in Team Valley made our experience brilliant she told us everything we needed to know we experienced the bed that chooses 6,beds which may be suitable, Janette then told us absolutely everything a out every bed (without leaflets or brochures) we then made a very informed decision which has worked just right for us, amazing lady.

Great service
We just popped in to have a look at some mattresses we were greeted by Amanda lovely lady she explained the process asked if we had any problems with our backs shoulders or sleep problems, she then invited us to lie on the bed which scans your body and recommends which mattress is best suited for you we chose the one we wanted and everything went smoothly Amanda was great she explained everything in great detail and was very professional we had to leave early on the day we went there so returned the next day to conclude our business we were greeted like friends and again had a lovely hot chocolate😂We purchased the mattress and we're so impressed by the service we are going back later in the year to get a new bed couldn't fault Amanda and her manager Neil we actually had fun spending our money which makes a change thank you
