The mattress was everything I hoped for , so comfortable

Horrific service from dreams. Bought a tv bed and 2k mattress all costing just over 5k and 5yr guarantee and warranty. A yr and a half later matress has a big dip that you can't really see on pictures but it's obvious in real life. Had someone come out for inspection and he did a string test which was useless as the way the matress is designed a string test is useless. You can tell by feeling with your hands where the big dip is or a weight test should have been performed which I was told they don't do. They took pictures even though you can't see anything in pictures because of the diagonal stitching done on mattress cover. They said it's normal dipping and then they denied any dipping! I have a severe spinal injury and I bought a very expensive mattress because of this very reason. Dreams promised me they would do a no quibble exchange or replacement if the matress had any dipping in the 5yrs but that turned out to be a lie!
My advice, go with Bensons as they actually do a replacement instantly and avoid Dreams!

I purchased a TheraPur ActiGel mattress, Amanda was very helpful and professional and knowledgeable about the product she was selling. I have been very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend Dreams.

We ordered our mattress from dreams on the team valley and a lovely lady called Amanda helped us work out what type of mattress we wanted by doing the bed test with us .
We have had our mattress a week now and are very happy with our choice.

We’d previously been to another large bed shop. Sadly the shop assistant was unable to show how the orthopaedic bed worked!!! This was not the case at Dreams. A lovely lady couldn’t have been more knowledgeable or helpful. The orthopaedic bed arrived as promised. It’s fantastic!!!!!!! My husband had been having to sleep in a chair for the previous 5 months. He’s a different man now he’s comfortable in bed and feels 100% better for a good nights sleep. Thank you Dreams for supplying a bed where my husband can now dream.

Very good Sealy Alderney matress.dreams at team valley a good store to visit.staff member andrew gave us a try on the electronic bed with the Romney an option but we went for the Sealy instead.

Team Valley, Gateshead - first class service, I even enjoyed buying a mattress. Zoe was very easy to deal with....and interest free.

From start to finish the service provide both in store and outside was brilliant. Team valley store were more than accommodating even moving mattresses onto our choice of bed frame for my Daughter to test. On delivered both drivers were, friendly, professional, took care whilst in my property and used protective foot wear. Once my Daughters bed was assembled it was demonstrated on how to used the ottoman using the safety bar and all packaging was removed. Smooth sailing experience. Excellent service from start to finish.

I've had three high end mattresses from Dreams since 2021. Each sagged after a couple of months and after passing 'independent' inspection were failed when l sought my own verified inspector....time wasters and very disappointing.

The sales assistant was great but mattress is firmer than I remember when testing in showroom

Brilliant from shop purchase to delivery

The assistance in the shop was good. She was helpful showing us options. We ordered the next day over the phone and that was very straightforward and the delivery and installation was really good. We were messaged exactly when we were told we would and the drivers called ahead to confirm too.

Great price on a mattress and wonderful service.

Great professional service. Although not pushy we were welcomed and offered advice if needed. Once we had selected the unit we wanted, the sales representative Janette went through the details with a high level of knowledge of the product. We were offered a seat and a welcome drink. The process for ordering was very simple and Janette made us some great offers on insurance with amazing discounts. We left very happy indeed. Keep up the great work.
