From walking into store to the bed being delivered everything was first class.
Firstly a shout out to Andrew from the Team Vallwy store he’s the only person I buy my beds from.

Everything was an easy process from testing mattresses to looking at colour samples.

Delivery was fast and the 2 gentleman who delivered and set up the bed from the Sunderland depo were fantastic too. Very tidy and polite.

My daughter loves her tv and the mattress is super comfortable for her.

Thank you again Dreams, your staff are an absolute credit to you.

Best purchase ever

My wife and I embarked on the dreaded mattress search in need of a ‘mattress guru’, and thankfully we found one in Janette at Dreams Team Valley branch.
Knowledge, support and an understanding of our quirks was exceptional and undoubtedly helped us narrow down our specific needs. From experience, wherever and whoever you deal with at Dreams it’s always positive, and dealing with Janette today was more of the same. Brilliant, thank you.

My wife and I had a very good shopping experience when looking for a new mattress. We went to the Gateshead Dreams store and were greeted by Sue who was very friendly and helpful. We were asked if we would like a tea or coffee while we were there. Sue talked us through the very numerous options on sale. We were advised to try out many of the beds in the store to get a better idea of the feel and comfort of them. Sue was very knowledgeable about all the products but was not pushy and gave us time to make make up our minds on which mattress suited our needs and price. She also explained all the payment options and helped us to do the paperwork. She arranged the delivery times which best suited us. The sale and delivery were excellent and we are very pleased with our new mattress. The only thing I was surprised by was the mattress had only a one year warranty and we had to pay to extend it although we did get a free mattress protector with the extra guarantee. Now having a great nights sleep..

UPDATE- I was again contacted by Dreams customer service and thankfully now have had my mattress replaced with another of my choice and I can truly say it is like sleeping on a cloud!!! Very impressed with the follow up service I received and I now would highly recommend to all my friends & family. Many thanks.

PREVIOUS REVIEW I spent nearly £3K on a bed and mattress that is giving me a bad back. Rang the store & customer services and they did not want to know as it was after the 100 day guarantee (missed deadline due to bereavement) even though I had rang the store and spoke to manager after a couple of weeks of discomfort. I will now need to move my very expensive bed to the spare room and purchase another bed elsewhere.

Took a bit of time to deliver (no more than stated) but definitely a quality mattress and divan with no issues.

From the minute we walked in to the minute we left nothing was too much trouble excellent service good product knowledge good range of beds and mattresses delivery was also very good and very helpful would definitely recommend

It is over a year since our purchase and this review is a must; this bed was bought for the spare room(which due to a snoring hubby, I reside in 50% of the time) 3 months later we replaced our main bed too with a well known top of the range, fit for royalty brand. That one is very good but I must admit the Dreams bed in our spare room beats it hands down, it is so comfortable and what a great night sleep.

The item was delivered promptly. The delivery team were friendly polite and professional.

We went to the Gateshead Dreams and were helped by Sammie. He was super knowledgeable and friendly, making us feel at ease and not rushed at all. We eventually decided on a bed and we're so excited to receive it! The sleep match machine was also a fantastic bit of kit.
