Dreams - Gateshead Team Valley Reviews 

So I don't know anything about retractable beds so I went to a bed specialist giving them details of benefits my mam needed for her bed
I told them she had a new bed and mattress but reqired a mattress to move her up
I tried out the bed and advised them of her base also asking if was suitable to which they replied yes
The mattress £1k on sale arrived and seems it's just a normal mattress that works on a mechanical frame
So not 1 point was I told its the base I needed
Rember I went to the specialist who should have given me all the advice required
However the manager says all beds move and basically said I should have asked if I wanted it to move up wards
Erm I think that's why I did go for expertise advice after all there the bed specialist also making it very clear what base I had and what I wanted from the mattress
I've been missold a product and there reply is i can have 10%off a base
At no point was it discussed i needed a base even though I asked the question
How can you win against a huge company
Suppose they have targets to meet to the expensive of a 80 year old lady
Guess she won't be dreaming from dreams
Completely missold
Benefits were not met and obviously no listening skills
I have my own company and would gladly retire the manager
He was rude sarcastic and unprofessional
This is team valley store and I will exculate this with furniture obundance
However since my review I've had a fantastic experience with customer services Faye who has resolved everything
I have amended my star rating to 3 as I would have done 5 if she had been my first port of call
However the shop experience from the store manager had withheld the 5 star as that would give the impression everything was perfect
It's a honest rating
Hopefully you get a good manager or Faye

Service was execeptional and very welcoming. Staff members knowledge on product was very good knew what to offer once she knew what I wanted.

I cannot fault Dreams from the instore service from Izzy, the machine that maps your body and tells you what type of mattress you need, the finance options and the delivery and setup it all went so smoothly. Got my new bed a week ago and have had the best nights sleep I’ve had in years. No more hip pain or tossing and turning it honestly is a dream!! Highly recommend!

Excellent product. Excellent in service from sales lady in store at Gateshead and excellent service from delivery crew. I have since taken my daughter to the shop so she could purchase from there which she did

We visited Dreams yesterday and but sadly we decided to purchase from a competitor, purely on a financial basis. However I was so impressed with the sales assistant at Dreams I just had to do this review. Izzy is a delightful energetic and extremely well informed young lady with a fantastic personality. What a wonderful asset to your business. I hope she has been identified as management material and wish her every success for her future. Dreams are very lucky to have her. We ordered a sofa bed from the Team Valley, Gateshead store. Amanda the sales assistant was excellent and gave us loads of help and information to ensure we made the right purchase. The delivery team were friendly and we got lots of updates around how the order was progressing. I am super happy with the sofa bed and would 100% recommend the team at Team Valley, Dreams (Gateshead) as they couldn’t have been more helpful!

From ordering to delivery everything was great my Mam ordered the bed for me for Xmas and honestly the whole experience was great with dreams
