The gentleman I spoke to, helped me with a mattress I needed. He was overly friendly and extremely helpful. The only thing is that the delivery time span is very long, other than that all is good.

We recently visited dreams in Harlow to look at mattresses. Staff were very helpful but relaxed and not at all pushy. We chose a mattress and was promised delivery one week later. Delivery was as promised and the mattress is perfect. Thanks all round

Great service from Dreams
Great service from the crew, one of them removed all the wrapping and prepared the bed base and even unpacked and put the new mattress on, both delivery men were tidy and took not only the bed base and mattress away with them, but also took all the packaging. Has been an easy process all the way through from purchase, to organising the delivery to enjoying the new bed base.

Excellent service
Excellent service, quick delivery of our new mattress. We used the sleep monitor machine, it picked 3 mattresses, 1 of which we bought. 3 weeks in and very happy with our choice, would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Assistant in shop was very helpful and wasn't pushy at all, sorted everything out brilliantly. Delivered on time and fully installed in 30 mins. Super bed and very reasonably priced. Excellent service, would totally recommend, thanks.
