Been here twice in 3 months in Harlow and both times been helped extremely well by an older gentleman and bought 2 different mattresses . Service and cleanliness of store top marks!

A place of excellence.
Nothing but praise for the process of choice, selection of mattress and pillows and answering our questions. Finally, delivery of the purchased items was superb.

Such a wide choice
The service and friendly staff. Offered coffee or tea. Had lots of time to lie on bed decider and funnily enough once looking and trying around the show room I picked the same mattress that the machine had picked for me. Would also like to thank the delivery guys who were unbelievably helpful

I purchased a mattress from the Dreams…
I purchased a mattress from the Dreams Harlow store after explaining clearly that I needed proper back support and wanted to avoid back pain. I relied on the advice given by the sales advisor when choosing the mattress.
Unfortunately, despite allowing a reasonable trial period, the mattress has consistently caused me back pain every morning, which I did not suffer from previously.
I raised this with Dreams and requested a refund, but was told this was not an option and that only a “comfort exchange” would be offered, despite the ongoing pain and my lack of confidence in further advice.
I’m disappointed with how this has been handled, particularly given the reliance on advice at the point of sale. I had expected a fairer resolution from a company with Dreams’ reputation.
