Attentive and friendly customer service at every stage from showroom advice and ordering (loved the complimentary coffee!) to delivery. The product seems to be of good quality and well made and we are getting a good night's sleep- the best recommendation a bed can have!!

New bed and mattress
Really comfy bed and very practical with the storage. Very comfy mattress too, not to heavy to move.
Fabulous staff at the Hedge End store, very attentive, well worth visiting.
Different price ranges from inexpensive upto the Feather and Black range.

Exceptional service!!!
Exceptional service!!!! It is rare to find companies and staff that care about customers these days but Dreams broke the mould and were amazing! Helpful, flexible and keen to deliver a high quality service. Having used an online company and had nothing but trouble, delays and zero customer service, Dreams were a breath of fresh air! I would 100% recommend them!

Heavenly Bed and Mattress
Not a particularly smooth buying process due to instore technical issues with the computers, payment system and phone lines. Contacting HO to pay the balance and make changes took an hour on hold, but colleague very helpful.
Aside from this, the store experience was excellent. Natalie was amazing. She recommended mattresses and expressed the pros and cons of each. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, making the whole process enjoyable. The Jay ottoman bed looks beautiful with ample storage. The Therapur mattress is amazing - so comfortable. Both are well made.
Delivery was brilliant. The guys were punctual, courteous and jovial. They showed respect for the property and were efficient.
I would highly recommend the Hedge End store and Dreams products.

Excellent service from start to end
The staff were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I was given time to discuss my needs & directed to beds that would suit me. I experienced the mattress test before choosing a mattress.
The 2 guys who delivered my bed were efficient & helpful. I was so pleased that the old bed was taken away & parts recycled.

Customer service not forthcoming.
Replacement mattress delivered, once again binding loose and will have to be repaired. Dreams is not forthcoming when it comes to compensation in order to get a repair done. Once again, disappointing experience.
