Dreams - Hedge End Reviews 

I had to make my order online due to phone issues at the store and needing to check measurements at home, but thanks to Julie at the Hedge End store who could not of been more helpful. She was very knowledgeable and showed us a variety of beds/mattresses to choose from but also a range of pillows. It was an easy, enjoyable experience choosing what we needed, compiling the order. Thanks to Julie.

The assistant was very nice and not pushy at all, she advised us on what we needed after using the sleep match machine, we looked around the store at our own pace trying what the lady advised us on, the mattress we chose is lovely, comfortable and we are getting a good nights sleep

Delivery was available for our chosen date.
The delivery drivers / fitters were friendly and went out of their way to ensure the bed was built in a professional way and all the packing was removed and the room left clean and tidy.
The quality of the bed is first class.

Helpful and on time

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Hedge End Dreams store - went in to browse for my teenage son and was so impressed by the range of products, the pricing and most importantly the tremendous customer service and help, I ended up buying a beautiful bed! Can't recommend enough - would definitely return to this store for any future requirements.

Amazing experience with Dreams at Hedge End. I was approached by Julie and she was incredible, her knowledge and advice was second to none and she has a great calming nature about her. I felt under no pressure to buy anything which then led to me buying the perfect mattress and bed for me. I’ve only had it 4 days and the improvements are incredible! Highly recommend.

Fabulous customer service from Dreams Hedge End Southampton.
Even though we wandered in at the end of the evening... We didn't feel rushed, they let us try a range if beds and even provided hot chocolate for my kids! Made an order and delivery was excellent very pleased with our purchases.
