Good friendly people

Thank you to the team at Hedge end, especially Carl . He introduced himself with a welcoming smile . He took us to a sleep simulator, to find out what mattress would suit us best . He was very patient and helpful and at no point did we feel pressurised into making a purchase . Would definitely highly recommend this store

Everything was made so simple & easy. From testing the mattresses & pillows, to arranging delivery & assembly. All the staff were wonderful & so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Last but not least excellent value for money

High quality and good value of products

Brandon was the store assistant who helped us at the weekend to select our new bed and mattress. He greeted us in a warm and friendly manner once we had entered the store, offering his assistance which was much appreciated.
He was very knowledgeable and informative with the requirements we described to him. He was patient and offered excellent advice. He took us through the whole process of finding the correct mattress from start to finish, including our sleep patterns. He was able to match this up with the bed frame we wanted, showing us a complete range available to us. We were impressed with the short delivery time.
Overall, this was a very easy and an enjoyable experience thanks to Brandon's excellent service. He is a credit to the Dreams Family.

Great service in store, friendly delivery staff, comfortable beds!

I was so pleased to know I could get a bed delivered within 10 days and was greeted by a lovely associate who made my experience quick and efficient.

I would give minus 5 if I could we bought a mattress from dreams and it was very uncomfortable and caused my back and hip pain to be worse went back to the store they told us to go on line weren't as helpful as they were when selling the bed funny that so we did and they were very short and abrupt and was told to choose wisely as won't be able to change again so we went back bought a more dearer mattress as they said when I chosen a cheaper one they don't give any money back and this one after a very short while not only still hurts my back and hip but has sagged badly even though we turn it never ever get a mattress from here

Ordered a new bed recently. Assistant in Hedge End store was very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was within time frame, the guys that delivered the new bed were friendly and helpful and as we were putting the bed frame together ourselves gave us some good hints and tips. Very happy with service and product and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Dreams again.

While our first mattress wasn't quite right for us, with the 100-night guarantee we were able to consider a better match for us. Thank you Dreams!

My timing was perfect as there was a sale on. Met a lovely young man who made me feel very relaxed and provided me with great advice. Also did the computerised sleep test so knew what type of mattress to look for. All in all a great experience and a great nights sleep.
