Carl was great - we visited the hedge end branch which has 2 other bed retailers on site and they were shocking. People buy from people and the service dreams provided from start to finish including delivery was great. Would highly recommend.

Buying a new bed from Dreams was once again a thoroughly pleasant experience. The customer service in store and online is first class, the quality of the products excellent and the prices are good. We have now purchased from Dreams on 4 occasions and been wholly satisfied every time.

Single bed. Half Price.
Bed base was the ottoman style and is both sturdy and appears it will be durable.
The mattress was half price on a promotion and was branded for the Paralympic team.
I’m sure the fantastic medal tally they all achieved was in part due to the comfort this mattress provided. Best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. Brilliant customer service by the staff at Hedge End and delivery was prompt and professionally completed.

Excellent service from start to finish. Showroom staff very attentive and helpful without being intrusive or patronising. Delivery date has to be changed and was simple to effect. Delivery itself was on time, efficient and considerate.
