Recent ottoman bed purchase
Purchase and delivery of an ottoman bed went very smoothly. Very helpful and pleasant staff. I only went in to enquire about their beds and ended up buying a showroom display model (50%) of the normal price which was delivered and assembled free of charge

The sales staff were helpful and patient in us making our choice and purchase on the day. The delivery team arrived on time, bringing in the new mattress and removing the old. We are both very pleased with what we bought.

Delayed Delivery
When I ordered my new bed on 22 Feb I was told that delivery would be sometime in April - so approx two months after. However it didn't arrive until 20th June - almost four months after my purchase date, which I feel was unacceptable.

Great experience buying our new bed
Great experience buying our new bed. The help and advice was so helpful and we were not rushed into a decision. Got to try several mattress and the bed that you lay on to find the best mattress for you was amazing. Lovely coffee too!

'Dream...dream...zzzzzzzzzzz'
Not our first time for a visit to Dreams and again we were met by friendly, helpful staff with an excellent knowledge of the product range held in their store. With our decision made, the necessary formalities to seal the deal were taken and we left feeling a good night's sleep could soon be expected!

This store has upped its game!
This company has upped its game! Have bought from them in the past and it just felt like purchasing a bed. This time the attentive sales experience, customer focus, right through to the delivery and instalment of the bed felt very much like a personalised experience…..and all at at cheaper price than their competitors in the shop next door on the retail park. The member of your staff at the hedge…
The member of your staff at the hedge end branch was so informative and helpful that we went from viewing to purchasing a new mattress. Excellent service.The guy wasn't pushy which created a relaxing and informative experience.
Delivery was also excellent would recommend dreams, for future bed purchases to anyone.

Very pleased with purchase
Very helpful in store and user friendly website too. Really pleased with both bed and mattress. My daughter is very happy. Good selection of mattresses. Delivery date given on order and was kept to. Very helpful delivery team. Will shop again at Dreams if/when we need another bed.
