Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling! I ordered two beds on 22nd June was told six weeks delivery. Was given a date then on the day no beds just a mattress. Mattress delivered then I was told 30th September delivery which I accepted although I was unhappy, now I’m told and only because I contacted them that they have no stock available and we are looking at the 1st November. It’s disgusting and they have taken full payment from me as well.

A very good experience

Had a brilliant experience with dreams when I went to purchase a mattress.
Very friendly staff. A tester bed to diagnose the type of mattress needed. Offered coffee or tea. All in all a very nice experience. Will definitely go there again when needed and will recommend to friends.

Recent ottoman bed purchase
Purchase and delivery of an ottoman bed went very smoothly. Very helpful and pleasant staff. I only went in to enquire about their beds and ended up buying a showroom display model (50%) of the normal price which was delivered and assembled free of charge
