Friendly and helpful staff
Friendly and helpful staff. We were pleased with the single mattress we bought in the sale. We were advised of the delivery date at time of purchase, with a 2 hour time slot the night before. A very courteous delivery driver called about 20 minutes beforehand and delivered without any problems. Thank you!

Hedge End 5 stars, customer service 2
The service I received from the Hedge End branch was five star, the follow up was less efficient. After a few days I warned Customer service that I was having problems getting used to the mattress. I received messages on the 6th, 9th and 18th October to say that they were extremely busy but they would get back. After the third such message I sent to say that I was getting over my initial problems but had removed the mattress cover because I suspected that was causing some of my difficulties. I said I appreciated that the accidental damage insurance was therefore no longer in force and asked for the balance of the premium to be refunded. They replied on the 22nd to say that they didn't understand. I repeated my request and was told that they would not refund the payment as more than 45 days had elapsed since placing the order. On 1st November I got another we are busy message. I would only give this service a couple of stars at the most.

Earlier delivery
They rang me to tell me that my call was going to be a bit earlier than originally told. I was still at work so was able to ring a family member to wait at my house for the earlier delivery.
