Great service and very comfortable bed

Very happy with the service I received from Giorgia she was very helpful and very pleased with my matresses

The team came promptly and worked with efficient speed. Using road cones, I'd saved a good parking spot (I thought) but their van was too big so it had to be left blocking our narrow one-way street. First they had to dismantle and and carry down our steep stairs the heavy frame of our old sofa-bed. Then to come up with the new double bed divan base to install it with drawers. They worked so fast that no one in the street suffered from the blockage. One taxi saw that it couldn't pass and went the other way. Job finished in less than half an hour.

Point of sale was a good experience and the people who delivered were excellent.

Great service at the Wycombe store and very informative. Ordering was easy and kept up to date with the delivery. On the day delivery team were on time and polite. Next mattress I’m going to Dreams.

The mattress is great, and the tech to help choose it was good too...

Paying for the building service was worth every penny. The delivery and build took about 20 minutes and with all the rubbish taken away there was nothing left to do apart from making the bed.

I have order a bed .. delivery confirmed .. by dreams .. then I wanted to add recycling my old bed .. rang to add on adviser explained this will cancel you original delivery I agreed that’s fine .. she confirm 3 aug .. so todays the 3rd we dismantled our divan bed .. so we thought break it up so it’s easier for them to take away .. the I thought to ring them to get a time from them …mind you I have had confirmation by email that’s will be delivered on 3 august .. advised explain we don’t understand how but it scheduled for the 8 I said I have proof etc .. so long story I have broke and dismantled my bed which is not coming have not bed to sleep on I suffer from chronic pain in my joint .. so for a good night sleep either go to a friend or to a hotel . Next delivery would be on 8 aug but between now and then I have no bed because they didn’t do there job and there bed are not the cheapest then I ask the advisor do you not have temporary bed .. his answer was we are out of stock due to the demand .. which is the compliant for not receiving there bed .. so if this is a regular issue why can they not contact there customer 24 hour before delivery to let them know bed is not coming.. so the moral is this is a everyday problem for dream yet they still doing the same this thing and not learning from there mistakes .. such ashame

Visit to Loudwater Dreams. Excellent service. Syd went above and beyond helping us on multiple purchases of mattresses and a bed frame. She ensured we took advantage of all the available offers but no hard sell. There was a mix up on pillows but she arranged for the pricing to be honoured. The trip was a pleasure.

Our mattress was delivered three weeks ago, in delivering one mattress the delivery drivers caused over £8,500 of damage to the walls, the carpet and to a statuette. Since then we have contacted Dreams daily, by email and telephone (average 40 mins per day, so my wife and I both know the words to the Cranberries song Dreams [hold music] off by heart) and we never hear back from them, ever. You might think they are avoiding us!!.

We call and email as instructed but to no avail, the 'property damage' department has no one on the other end and there is apparently no one in that team and they have no phone number and no names....

I am currently 25 minutes into today's call and have not spoken to anyone yet.... 'Dreams' eh...
