When we visited Dreams we had excellent service and attention and our salesman was very responsive to our particular needs and requirements.
It took a while to find the right bed for us and he was very patient.
We were impressed with the delivery process and removal of our old bed and thank you Dreams. A happy customer with a good nights sleep ina. Comfy bed 😊

After my old Dreams mattress finally suffered from too much sag, we decided to get a new mattress from Dreams,. The last one only just made 8 years, but we thought that was reasonable.
I spent a while in store chatting to staff, trying various mattresses and finally made a decision. Everything went fine - including the delivery and removal of the old mattress. However, less than 2 YEARS later, the springs have utterly collapsed on one side of the mattress. Dreams now only have a 1 YEAR warranty and you need to purchase an extension to this - which I do not recall having any discussions about. So now Dreams tell you a mattress should last 8 years, but we only guarantee our for one - is that an admission of how crappy their products are. Customer service simply advise you to get an "independent inspection" done (at my expense), and submit it to them so they can decide if it is a manufacturing issue. Why? You can SEE where the fault lies. It's an utter joke that they do not have the guts to offer a reasonable warranty, and then hide behind "statutory rights" to delay and frustrate you.
I will never purchase another mattress from them, and by extension, I will never purchase another product from them

Edit: It is now the 17th Feb and I have heard NOTHING back from Dreams, despite supplying the additional requested information over 10 days ago. Dreams? Nope, Nightmare.

This was my first time buying a mattress from Dreams, and unfortunately it’s been a very disappointing experience.

We chose the most expensive mattress in the shop, which was described as their “newest high-end brand,” expecting top quality and long-term comfort. Delivery alone took 8 weeks.

When the mattress finally arrived, the first one was faulty and had to be exchanged.

We followed all the care instructions carefully — rotating the mattress every three months for over a year to distribute the weight evenly. We even bought a solid wooden board to place between the mattress and the bed frame, just in case the issue was caused by the frame rather than the mattress itself.

However, less than three years in, the mattress has lost its structure and support, leaving a deep, persistent dip that makes it uncomfortable to sleep on. This is completely unacceptable for a so-called high-end, premium mattress at this price point.

Overall, very poor value for money and not what I would expect from a brand like Dreams. I wouldn’t recommend this product or Dreams based on my experience.

Easy, efficient service from start to finish. Received a personal service in store, confirmed purchase and a quick delivery scheduled and all went to plan.

After initially experiencing an issue with a broken part, I raised a complaint with Dreams. I’m pleased to say the whole process from complaint to resolution was handled promptly and professionally by their customer care team.

The faulty part has now been fully rectified and replaced, and I’m happy with the £200 compensation offered, which I feel was fair. Communication throughout was clear and timely, and they kept me updated at each stage.

Based on how well the issue was resolved, I would recommend Dreams Beds and am satisfied with the outcome.

We had good experience in store. Then when the delivery was due we were contacted by the delivery driver. They took our old mattress away and delivered on time and with professionalism. Very pleased.
